About Me
I have a master’s degree in nutrition and spent over a decade working with Forks Over Knives, helping people reverse chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes and heart disease through a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. I’ve developed recipes for a vegan chef, so I know how to make this way of eating work in real life—even if you’re not fully plant-based.
In my 30s, I took a deep dive into meditation, spending a year exploring Do Nothing Meditation, a simple but transformative practice that helps quiet the noise and reconnect you to what matters. I’m also the author of Whose Mind Is It Anyway?, a book about understanding your mind and stepping out of overwhelm.
