Helping Young People Reduce Stress and Anxiety, Boost Confidence and Productivity, and Be Inspired to Find the Life of Their Dreams
Middle School and High School
In a fun and inspiring motivational assembly students will learn how to thrive in a fast paced digital world-day and feel happier, calmer, and more productive in day-to-day life.
They will learn how to take charge of their life by understanding the true nature of the mind and where wisdom really comes from. Students learn the powerful “Do Nothing” meditation technique, including how a daily practice builds confidence, promotes creative solutions and good decision making, and helps them have good relationships.
My goal is to create a massive shift in understanding so that unpleasant thoughts are less imposing and personal wisdom is easy to tap into. Students will be excited to dive into life, and when times are tough, they’ll have the skills and tools to get to the other side, even stronger. My goal is that students will view turning off their devices—even for short periods—as cool. Really cool!

I love love love the book … I have shared it with two people at work already and we are planning on using it for our social and individual counseling sessions when we come back to school next year.
