What it is:
Each week, we gather for a short, simple meditation practice where you’re invited to do… nothing.
That’s right.
No focusing.
No breathing exercises.
No fixing, improving, or trying.
This is about the radical art of stopping — letting your mind and body unwind, so your natural clarity and calm can rise on their own.

What to expect:
- Short intro (5-10 mins)
- A let’s get settle 5 minute meditation
- Reflection and Q&A
- 15 – 20 minute meditation
- A soft close + optional reflection (5–10 mins)
Come as you are. Camera on or off. No experience needed.
