Some of my friends are ecstatic about current political shifts and others feel a deep sense of gloom. (Interesting isn’t it, how one set of events causes such different reactions). Then there is the flux that happens in our own personal world—illness, relationship issues, etc.
So, how do you feel good during times of uncertainty? How do you get through without pulling your hair out or feeling like you are hanging by a thread the whole time?
