Sunday Afternoon Meditation and Discussion

Join me for a relaxing and inspiring Sunday afternoon where we’ll practice “doing nothing” meditation—a simple, super healing practice where you let your thoughts run. We also talk about common beliefs that keep us feeling stuck. Space is limited.

Time: 1:00pm-3:30pm
Cost: $20
What to Bring: Something soft to sit or lie on, like a camping mat (the floor is hard!); blankets, and a pillow. Wear comfortable clothes!
To sign up: Click whichever date(s) you’d like to come to reserve your spot. It’s fine to show up on the day and pay with cash—but class size is 6 people.

Full Day “Do Nothing” Meditation Retreat

Experience a full day of learning the “do nothing” meditation, plus learn about how our mind tricks us into feeling bad. This is a fantastic day, I’d love to see you there!
