I was talking to a friend the other day who said, you know, it’s so powerful knowing that I am actually calm. I completely agree.
One of the reasons I like it is because it means I don’t have to try so hard to fix myself. Once I know that I am calm beneath my thoughts, I can relax. My thoughts, which might drive me crazy right now, will pass.
There’s nowhere to go. I’m already there.
Even if I can’t feel it right now.

Hi LeAnn, Thanks for letting me know. I”m not sure why it said that. Strange. Amazon is a little odd at times, this isn’t the first weirdness. I just tried to order 3, and it didn’t register the 3 initially but then at the end, just before I clicked submit I was able to change the number of books. Would you be able to try it again. And if that doesn’t work, let me know. The seller definitely has more than one to sell!
I was just asked how do people outside the US order the book. This is a fantastic question. There are a number of ways, key points are:
1. GO INTO YOUR LOCAL BOOKSTORE and ask them to order it. Bookstores all round the world have access to US book distributors (Baker and Taylor, Ingrams). I used to run a small online bookstore in NZ and I even had accounts with big distrib’s.). It’ll take a week or less for the book to arrive from when you order. This is a good way, especially as it’ll alert the bookstore to the book and they may decide to continue to stock it.
2. AMAZON US and AMAZON UK send books all round the world. Postage rates are reasonable. Books will be available 7 June.
3. OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS. Just make sure to look at delivery dates. Some online retailers, like Fishpond, Book Depository are saying the book isn’t available until Sept 1. I don’t know why they hold off making it available before then, perhaps they’re literally shipping them on a slow boat. If you want the book before Sept, check expected delivery date and order using other method.
