I was talking to a friend the other day who said, you know, it’s so powerful knowing that I am actually calm. I completely agree.
One of the reasons I like it is because it means I don’t have to try so hard to fix myself. Once I know that I am calm beneath my thoughts, I can relax. My thoughts, which might drive me crazy right now, will pass.
There’s nowhere to go. I’m already there.
