Class Starts Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 10 am PST (1pm EST)
About this Program
With this 7-week program, you’ll learn how to develop a doable meditation practice so you can feel calmer and really show up for life. This technique is suitable for any level of meditation experience, including beginners and people who struggle with traditional meditation. The program includes a virtual half-day meditation retreat (optional).
What to Expect:
🌵Week 1: DNM: We’ll explore how DNM can become your favorite tool, how it’s different from traditional meditation, and how to effortlessly integrate it as an “always on” habit.
🌵 Week 2: Mind: In the second session, we’ll look at the mind, our hardworking and loving best friend who sometimes does too much. Why this is a problem, plus some tricks to help you feel calmer.
🌵Week 3: Wisdom: A practical guide to inner wisdom: what is it, how to call on it consistently, and what a game-changer this is for making decisions and seeing new opportunities.
🌵Week 4: Creativity. Why everyone is creative, how our mind gets in the way, and how to use DNM to innovate and overcome challenges.
🌵 Week 5: Control: Ever get the feeling that your mind is running the show? In this eye-opening week, we’ll explore why letting go of the mind’s natural tendency to over-control makes life easier for us (and those around us).
🌵 Week 6: Endless Energy: Ever feel like it’s not the thing that you’re doing that makes you tired, but how you’re doing it? Learn how DNM helps you get out of your head to feel genuinely motivated and enthusiastic.
🌵 Week 7: Acceptance: In this final week we’ll explore how seeing behind the mind’s never-ending judgments helps you feel more self-assured.
Half-Day Virtual Meditation Retreat: Sunday, 16 June, from 9 am PST to 12 pm PST.

I have seen MASSIVE change in the past few weeks. I have really seen my mind settle, I am definitely more calm and grounded and also starting to explore some really amazing ideas that came to visit! I am very glad I chose this program; it was the perfect time. I can solve problems more easily I have so much more energy and so much more!” Katerina
I’m able to arrive at a kind of clarity about what to do next without having to try and do it in an intellectual way … I have a lot of drama around priorities. I feel like choosing what to focus on in my business is really difficult for me, and it’s actually in doing less, and having a little more spaciousness around my tasks that I’m finding I’m able to arrive at a kind of clarity about what to do next without having to try and do it in an intellectual way, pros and cons, sifting through. It’s much more effortless. And I feel like when I then pay attention to something, the attention I pay to it is richer and more productive. … it’s changing my life completely.ˇ Laura Lloyd, Eating Pschology Coach

“There was something that clicked when I tried this technique. All the theory you talk about just slotted into place.”
Rachel
I felt the same kind of peace that you feel with normal meditation. But it was easier to get there.”
Steve
“There was a new peace there that I haven’t really felt in a while. I lay down after the class yesterday and just let my thoughts run… I realized there was far less of a duel going on between the chatty voices and the part of my mind trying to control or fix them. Very interesting!
