So for this week’s inspiration, I thought it’d be fun to see what my Reach Your Big Calm inspiration cards had to say.
(I’m choosing one now) … And it is:
And you know, being courageous doesn’t always mean DOING something. Sometimes it just means hunkering down and getting through whatever we have to get through.
Hope you’re having a good week.
We’re in full book mode here. We spent Sunday afternoon printing out the book and sticking it up all over our lounge. Check it out.

Hi Lisa,
Just wanted to say I think you are awesome! I already have the cards, but I am on a 3 month trip visiting relatives and I left my deck at home. How am I gonna survive???
Sigh.
So thanks for pulling one for me today, and as usual–it’s the perfect one.:)
Xoxo,
Lisa
Hi, fellow Lisa! They do have that way of always being perfect don’t they. Which has more to say about the universe’s wonderful sense for giving us what we need when we need it, rather than anything I can take credit for. Anyway, glad it resonated! Have a wonderful time visiting family. And thanks for saying hello today!
Hey Lisa, just wanted to let you know this interesting thing about gluten sensitivity. You may not know it but you can be intolerant to it. Remove it from your life and all your physical and mental illnesses go just like THAT. Check out Dr. Osborne !
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for the card! It was just what I needed today.
My pleasure, Patricia:) Have a lovey one!
Yay!!! Love this <3 Hope you are having a great week as well : )
xo Steph
You too! And thanks for you note, great to hear from you:)
Hi Lisa, greetings from Ireland. I love these cards and always look forward to getting them. Can’t wait for the book, I know your loving writing it and everyone is gonna love it when it’s released.
Greetings Damien, in Ireland! Great to hear from you. And thanks for your kind words of support.
THANK YOU!!! This is so very helpful today!!! Love & Light to you and yours!
Awesome! Cool to hear. Love to you too:)
Hi Lisa, just wanted to say your humbleness, honesty and humour are very much appreciated. Thank you.
Thanks Stephanie:) I’m so tempted to tell you all the reasons why it’s so easy to be humble when you struggle so much yourself. I really appreciate seeing your note today. Thank you, too.
This is a card I have next to a pic of my daughter and me, thank you.
Nice. Thanks Richard.
You’re a great lady Lisa, love all your work. Look forward to seeing more
Hi Lisa!
I read your ‘7 things your brain doesn’t want you to know’ when I was experiencing depression and anxiety and it really did help so, first, I would like to say thank you so much. Second, I would like a copy of it to send to my friend who I think would really benefit from it. I’ve searched everywhere online to find it and have been unable to do so 🙁 could you point me in the right direction?
Thank you again!
Hi Laura! Thanks so much for your message. I’m so pleased you reached out and I’m always tickled to hear the book helped. You’re right that it isn’t available online anywhere, the reason being that we’ve just finished an updated swanky version of it (different title) that Penguin Random House are publishing next year. You can actually order it already, but since it won’t be available until June that’s not much help to your friend. http://www.amazon.com/Whose-Mind-Anyway-Your-Head/dp/1101982632/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1447548192&sr=8-1&keywords=whose+mind+is+it+anyway
Other than that, your friend might enjoy my little ebook “The Lazy Person’s Guide to Feeling Awesome and Ultimate.” http://lisaesile.com/gift/
I’m also going to email you privately to see if we can work something out.
Warm regards
Lisa
